• Available payment methods include cash and digital payment options such as BenefitPay, card, or other supported methods.
• AutoCare Bahrain is not responsible for errors caused by third-party payment providers.

• Emergency service response times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Delays may occur due to traffic conditions, weather, inaccurate location information, or other uncontrollable factors.
• Users must ensure they provide accurate location and contact details.

• Registered users can view, cancel, or reschedule appointments through their account.
• AutoCare Bahrain is not responsible for missed appointments due to user unavailability.
• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect future service availability.

• AutoCare Bahrain may collaborate with verified partner garages and technicians.
• While AutoCare monitors service quality through ratings and feedback, it is not responsible for independent actions taken by third-party service providers beyond reasonable control.

Users agree not to:
